Joie is adept in managing and delivering complex projects and ensuring quality. She is great at building relations, is flexible and can adopt to new technologies to add value. Her chief interests are project management, external and internal communication, knowledge management, reporting, complex research and thought leadership support.


In 2017-2018 her teams won the firm wide Innovation competition and star team award. On an individual capacity she has won Star Award for performance as an SME, Spot Award for critical project management and WoW award for whole leadership.
She coaches colleagues for better performance, is actively involved in CSR and TTT certified trainer with PwC where she imparts internal training for Alteryx, Tableau and UiPath. She is a Digital Champion and a Digital Ambassador in PwC
