Senior Consultant at IBMBishakha is currently working as a Senior Cybersecurity Consultant at IBM. She is a seasoned IT practitioner with a demonstrated history across telecommunication,marketing,cyber risk advisory and consulting domains. She possesses a strong professional with excellent technical and communication skills and is qualified with an MBA in Information Technology Business Management specialized in Information Security and IT Infrastructure Management from Symbiosis Center for Information Technology and a Bachelor in Technology specialized in Computer Science and Engineering from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology.
Bishakha is an active Cybersecurity Evangelist and is appointed as the Associate Lead for Education and Awareness for IBM's community for women in Security called WISE (Women in Security Excelling) for IBM India Chapter. She is an IBM Recognized Speaker/Presenter,IBM Recognised Teacher/Educator and IBM‘s Be Equal Ambassador.She has also served as the Promotion Coordinator for the Winja community at Nullcon 2020.She has also worked with various communities-ISACA, InfoSecGirls, OWASP, Winja, EWF, WiCyS, 1M1B, CyberSaathi, AnitaB.org, CyberPreserve,IEEE etc. to name a few and is passionate about increasing diversity participation in Information Security space. She has trained over 10K plus Diversity candidates on Information Security. She is the Brand Ambassador for the Women in Cloud Network.She also serves as the Council Representative of the WICCI Public Safety and Security Council,West Bengal Chapter. She is also appointed as the General Board Member and Regional Director,India for Cyber Security Global Alliance.She has been a Speaker at various conferences like Tech(K)nowDay 2021, Diana Initiative 2021,UKCSA Summit 2021 etc to name a few and has trained Indian Army Veterans and Postgraduation and Graduation Students across various Universities of India like Chandigarh University,Symbiosis International University,Gujrat University,Sikkim Manipal University etc and also been a Global Speaker invitee at Willis College,Canada and PurePoint International.
