Hacking
 

Hacking means illegally accessing other people's computer systems for destroying, disrupting or carrying out illegal activities on the network or computer systems.

Hacker is someone skilled in the use of computer systems, especially if that skill was obtained in an exploratory way. The term evolved to be applied to individuals, with or without skill, who break into security systems

 
Computer Virus
 
A dangerous computer program with the characteristic feature of being able to generate copies of itself, and thereby spread throughout the computer system. Additionally, most computer viruses have a destructive payload that is activated under certain conditions.
 
Spamming
 
Spamming is an inappropriate attempt to use email, or another networked communications facility by sending the same message to numerous people who didn't ask for it.
 
Malware
 
Malicious software (mal-ware) is a form of computer program designed with malicious intent. This intent may be to cause annoying pop-up ads with the hope you click on one and generate revenue, or forms of spyware and viruses that can be used to steal your identity or track your activities
 
Adware
 
Adware is a software program that is, more often than not, packaged along with free software. Entrenched under the veil of this free software like search programming, games, desktop utilities like screensavers or timepiece, these appliances are used to track your internet habits and log the user
 
Spyware
 
Programs that when installed on your computer, change settings, display advertising, and/or track Internet behavior and report information back to a central database. Spyware sometimes installed unintentionally by users along with other wanted software, and can be very hard to remove
 
Firewall
 
A firewall is a hardware or software solution to enforce security policies. In the physical security analogy, a firewall is equivalent to a door lock on a perimeter door or on a door to a room inside of the building - it permits only authorized users such as those with a key or access card to.
 
Crimeware
 

Crimeware is a class of malware designed specifically to automate financial crime designed (through social engineering or technical stealth). To perpetrate identity theft in order to access a computer user's online accounts at financial services companies and online retailers for the purpose of taking funds from those accounts or completing unauthorized transactions that enrich the thief controlling the crimeware.
Crimeware also often has the intent to export confidential or sensitive information from a network for financial exploitation. Crimeware represents a growing problem in network security as many malicious code threats seek to pilfer confidential information.
